Zac Storey has been living in the Valley of the Sun for the past 20 years.  He fell in love with the real estate business early on and got his license so that he could learn the business while earning his way through college.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Global Business with a minor in International Studies and a Post-Bac Certificate in Organizational Communications from Arizona State University.

In 2003, Zac was offered a partnership with a local real estate investment firm that specialized in the then-unheard-of short sale transactions.  Since then, he has participated in over 400 successful short sales as an agent and investor, has instructed at seminars on the topic, and has contributed to several industry-related blogs.  He holds the GRI, e-Pro, and SFR certifications.  Zac enjoys helping both buyers and sellers create deals that realize their goals and dreams.

As a successful real estate practitioner who has worked throughout the Phoenix area for the past 12 years, Zac believes in taking time to give back to the local community.  For the past three years, he has sat on the board of directors of Leadership West, a regional non-profit that cultivates leadership capital for valley organizations and communities.  He also served as Treasurer for two years, helping grow and guide the organization through difficult economic times.

Molly Valcanoff has been a resident of Arizona since 2001 and is a native Midwesterner.  Illinois was her home for most of her life and she loves the uniqueness of the Arizona landscape and climate.  It was the Anthem area that attracted Molly and her, then, two young children to this beautiful state. “I had never seen a ‘Master Planned Community’ before.  Anthem is an exceptional place and very family oriented.”   Family is very important to Molly and she is blessed with 2 amazing adult children attending Arizona State University.

Joining Arizona for Canadians in 2011 she brings her authentic, relational personality to the team, puts her clients at ease, and builds confidence right away.  Molly is a college graduate, has been a Licensed Realtor since 2005, and has earned several real estate certifications and designations such as her GRI, (Graduate Realtor Institute) CNE, (Certified Negotiation Expert) and CSSPE (Certified Short Sale Property Expert).  Educating herself and her clients has been a high priority, giving her the ability to adapt to the ever changing Real Estate Market.  With Molly’s professionalism and positive attitude your real estate needs will be well taken care of.
