Maureen Porter is an Arizona Realtor and co-founder of Arizona for Canadians. Maureen graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing Science and combined her medical knowledge with her love of sales while working in the Pharmaceutical industry for 20 years with Bayer, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Maureen initially worked in Ann Arbor Michigan calling on physicians affiliated with University of Michigan following which Maureen moved to Toronto Canada and continued in Pharmaceutical sales calling on leading Cardiologists and Psychiatrists in Toronto and Southwestern Ontario.

Maureen’s love of real estate prompted her to become an Arizona Realtor in 2006. Her personal experience in purchasing homes in the US as a dual American / Canadian citizen gives Maureen the understanding necessary to simplify the buying process for Canadian investors. As a successful realtor and investor in Arizona real estate, Maureen is very excited to have formed Arizona for Canadians helping fellow Canadians find sound real estate investments or their dream vacation home in Arizona.

Arnold Porter is the co-founder of Arizona for Canadians and President and Managing Partner of Sky-Galaxy Golf Inc., the owner and operator of Royal Woodbine Golf Club, Maples of Ballantrae Golf Club and formerly the co-owner of Glen Eagle Golf Club in the Toronto area. As the Managing Director of Royal Woodbine and Maples of Ballantrae Golf Clubs from 1992-2002, Arnold was responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of these businesses and guided them to become highly profitable businesses. Arnold is also the Past Chairman of the Canadian Golf Tourism Alliance, a golf industry group whose mandate was to promote Canadian golf courses to the international media and put together golf tourism packages for international travelers. Beside positions on the board of the above named businesses, Arnold has served as a board member of the Willows Golf Club in Saskatoon on behalf of the Working Ventures Canadian Fund. 

As result of his golf, leisure travel and real estate investment experience, Arnold and Maureen, formed Arizona for Canadians in 2007 with Arnold managing their Toronto office.

Troy Creed grew up in Phoenix, has lived in Arizona his entire life and loves the desert.  He received his bachelors’ degree in Business Management at the University of Arizona in Tucson.  Upon graduation, Troy started his career by managing a company that specialized in components for high end custom homes.  Five years ago, Troy left the corporate world and began his Real Estate career.  He has specialized in residential and new home sales, as well as the purchase of investment properties for himself and his clients.  Troy has also obtained his Contractor’s license and started a small home improvement company, Creed Craft, LLC.  Troy is very knowledgeable in regards to Arizona’s construction materials/styles and trends in home construction and interiors. 

Being an Arizona native, Troy has seen the greater Phoenix area grow and is able to coach his clients on which areas will suit their needs the best, whether for investment, lifestyle, or resale.  One of Troy’s strengths is his communication skills and thorough approach.  Troy looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.
