Our experience with Maureen was phenomenal. We indicated to Maureen what area we were looking in and gave her specifics for the house we would want. Maureen did a lot of preparatory work before we arrived. She sent us a lot of information on possible places, so we were very well informed before we arrived.

Their focus was to ensure that our weekend was productive and their easy-going personalities and extreme patience made us feel very comfortable to browse through a house at our leisure. Maureen made herself available the entire weekend for us and had many places lined up to show us.

Maureen was very honest with us about each potential house, pointing out pros and cons of the homes, a number of points that we had never thought of. They were very informative about local sales practices such as foreclosures and short sales and how they worked. Any questions we had were easily and honestly answered by Maureen and her team.

After one weekend with them we left having purchased the perfect house that we absolutely love.

We are very pleased that we have purchased a home in Anthem.  We were really impressed with that area especially the beautiful community centre complex.  The home we purchased also has a pool and is in very good condition. Not long ago we took the decision to contact Yvonne Richard from the Arizona for Canadians team to help us view some properties we were interested in viewing in the greater Phoenix area. What a good decision that turned out to be. I cannot say enough about Yvonne’s attributes, from strong real estate knowledge, to incredible patience, thoughtfulness, a genuine caring for our needs (no two clients are the same, and Yvonne really took the time to find out what we were looking for). Yvonne always returns our e mails and phone calls right away, even though she is very busy. 

We probably looked at 20 properties all over the area, which involved two solid days of driving for Yvonne, to which she never complained and continually offered helpful suggestions all while honing in our particular needs, which were not as defined as we originally thought they were.
