We are the Wilson’s,  from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Not long ago we took the decision to contact Yvonne Richard at Arizona for Canadians to help us view some properties we were interested in viewing in the greater Phoenix area. What a good decision that turned out to be. I cannot say enough about Yvonne’s attributes, from strong real estate knowledge, to incredible patience, thoughtfulness, a genuine caring for our needs (no two clients are the same, and Yvonne really took the time to find out what we were looking for). Yvonne always returns our e mails and phone calls right away, even though she is very busy.

We probably looked at 20 properties all over the area, which involved two solid days of driving for Yvonne, to which she never complained and continually offered helpful suggestions all while honing in our particular needs, which were not as defined as we originally thought they were. We finally settled on a condo in Fountain Hills, which met all of our needs, including a rental system already in place.

We have also been in contact with Mark Dziedzic several times regarding dealing with the unique processes involved in Canadians purchasing U.S. real estate and have had all our questions answered.

I would recommend Arizona for Canadians and Yvonne Richard to anyone considering property in Arizona, and especially for Canadians who would like to deal with professional ex-pat’s who understand the system from both sides.
